두 단계로 나눠서 하고, 어느 것이 어느 단계인지 분명히 말씀드립니다. 강사가 풀에 올라오기 전에 신원·학위·E-2 가능 국적을 확인하고, 한국 ESL 채용에 다년간 몸담은 리크루터가 인터뷰에서 정성 평가를 더합니다. 그다음 학원이 후보를 정하시면 E-2 서류 단계가 시작되는데, 이때 국가 단위(전국)로 발급된 범죄경력증명서를 일반 공증이 아닌 아포스티유 인증으로 받습니다. 저희가 받아서 확인하고 결과를 학원에 전달합니다. 소개 전에 양방향 매칭으로 적합도를 점수화하므로, 보시는 후보는 이미 학원 조건에 맞춰 좁혀진 명단입니다.

In two stages, and we are precise about which is which. Before a teacher appears in the pool, we verify identity, degree and E-2-eligible nationality, and our recruiters — who have spent years in Korean ESL placement — add a qualitative read during the interview. Then, once you select a candidate, we run the E-2 document stage: the nationwide criminal record check authenticated by apostille, not ordinary notarization. We collect it, check it, and pass the result to you. Two-way matching scores fit before we introduce anyone, so the shortlist you see is already narrowed to your requirements.
