Korean speakers and the missing plural -s
- Put the rule on the board and leave it up for the week: in English the noun changes even when a number is already there.
- Drill for speed, not accuracy of vocabulary. Twenty pairs in ninety seconds.
- Do not introduce uncountable nouns in this lesson. Give the plural rule a week alone.
- Expect the error to return under pressure (speaking, not writing) for a while after the written form is correct. That is normal.
