Korea's teacher protection law gives your high schoolers plenty to argue about
- Runs about 45 minutes; cut the debate to one round if your class is smaller than 8 students.
- Keep the moderator role strictly neutral: don't let your own opinion slip in, students will latch onto it.
- Some students may know someone personally affected by a teacher complaint case; if the room goes quiet or tense, pivot to the hypothetical "if you were principal" framing instead.
- Legal specifics of the 2023–24 amendments keep changing; don't present any detail as final, present the 2023 event and general direction of the law only.
