I have been teaching in Suncheon for 2 years. I need to extend my contract for a few months. The new E2 laws are confusing EVERYONE here. Please help!
I am American. I received a piece of paper with a stamp on the back of my fingerprint card from the FBI stating No Arrest Record. My director tells me I need to get the Apostille, but she doesn't know how.
Now, I am from Arizona. According to state gov websites, the FBI clearance includes Arizona. The websites on Apostilles mention Arizona documentation. This is Federal, right?
Where do I apply for it? How do I get the Apostille while in Korea? Does it have to get notarized as well? Is anything different because I am extending/renewing as opposed to a new hire?
Help!
Thanks.
