If you have your housing already, you can receive the housing allowance.

On average, housing allowance ranges from 250,000 won- 400,000 won, depending on location and your employer.

Regarding airfare, you will be provided with Japan Visa run airfare, and a one-way flight back to your home country.

It is highly unlikely that your employer would provide the Japan round trip airfare, a free trip home, as well as your return flight to your home country.
