I recently recieved confirmation that my misdemeanor (DUI) was recently expunged. One of your requirements states that an applicant should have no criminal record. If I applied through your company, would I answer yes for the criminal record, even though by law I am told by my lawyer that I can answer no. I would like to be able to teach in the private and public sector of South Korea in order to kep my options open. Your help is greatly appreciated.
