Am I to begin the submission of transcripts, diploma, visa application, etc., before or after I have been contracted by a school in Korea? Also, is it possible to obtain the required E-2 visa from a Korean Embassy in the U.S., such as the one located in Washington D.C.? I only say this because the cost is quite great for arranging all the documentation; mailing these documents to D.C. would be cheaper and faster, I imagine, than sending them to Korea.
