You would need to have your university's registrars office write a letter verifying that all the names of the documents; passport, diploma, transcripts belong to you.
Then, please have your marriage certificate notarized from the Korean consulate http://www.parkenglish.com/redirect/Information/index.php?bbsID=Information&vMode=V&num=34
and send the notarized copy of your marriage certificate along with your package of required documents.
Usually schools do not have any benefits as far as medical/maternity leave in the standard contract. However, if you were to start a family, it is likely that your employer would accomodate your needs, however, this should be discussed once you are matched with your job, perhaps after the interview process.
