We mainly focus on one-year contracts.
Once a one year contract is completed, as required by the Ministry of Labor of Korea, you will be provided with a severance pay. This is a one month bonus at the end of your one year contract.
In total, you will be paid 13 times in 12 months.
2,000,000 won X 13 = 26,000,000 won in 12 months.
