Your partner would be able to come to Korea on a tourist visa.

We are not certain for Spanish citizens, but likely a tourist visa would allow him to stay for three months in the country.

You will be provided with a single housing, and if you would like for him to stay and live with you- the decision would be up to you.

If you are a married couple, he can receive the spousal visa.
