For the most part, we begin the matching, interviewing and visa processing procedure about 1-2 months prior to the applicants’ availability. Teachers that travel or want to prepare sooner than later will send their documents to our office many months prior to their availability. In this case, we recommend sending their notarized copy of their diplomas by the Korean Consulate. We treat these applicants as priority as they already have their required documents already in Korea and schools also prefer to work with teachers with all documents prepared and committed to working in Korea.
