Here are the responses to your inquiries:
1) A Bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable. However, there are a few schools that would prefer/only consider applicants with Education or English degrees.
2) An ESL certification is not required in South Korea. Majority of teachers in Korea have no experience or training before coming to teach in Korea.
3) That is great that you have manegerial experience. Some schools may take that experience into consideration when making an employment decision. We will assist you in the matching, setting up interview, and visa procedures.
4) If you have received an application acceptance email, then we will be in touch with you 1.5 months prior to YOUR availability.
