Dear Anne,
Please first, go ahead and submit an online application.
While there is no guarantee, we have successfully done so in the past and we can try our best to try to find you a school where they can either
1. Help you get the proper childcare service
2. Allow your child to attend the classes in your employed school (as there are some preschool academies)
Your child can get a dependent visa.
You can bring your child with you to Korea, and apply for visa while in your home country or after you arrive to Korea under your E-2 visa as the dependent.
For detailed information, please contact your nearest Korean consulate for further information.
You can find the Korean consulate in your jurisdiction at: http://www.parkenglish.com/redirect/Information/index.php?bbsID=Information&vMode=V&num=34
