Hi! I was wondering if you need my university diploma in hand. I graduate in about 3 weeks, but my school takes approximately 3 months to print the diploma. Thus, I wouldn't be able to provide any other proof of graduation except my transcripts. I do, however, have an F-4 visa, and thus would not need an E-2 visa sponsorship. Does this change the requirement of a diploma in hand? Thank you.
