What exactly are you looking for in our transcripts? Does a poor GPA greatly affect whether we'll be hired or not? Are we given the chance to provide other examples of our competence? (I mean, I didn't flunk out of University or anything, in fact I'm currently still a student, I'm just thinking ahead.) Does genuine interest in the culture help at all? And, not to bombard you with questions or anything, but how often are applicants rejected? Do skills in a language other than Korean or English help at all?
