There are many Korean natives that return to Korea to teach English and learn about their homeland.
This applies to even the staff at Park English, as we are also Korean natives that have lived in North America.
I personally feel very comfortable here and I have been here since 1999. I have decided to stay because I felt I had more to gain here than elsewhere. Every day is a new learning experience and I almost feel like the ugly duckling that found her family.
I think more than anything your attitude is most important. People are people and Korean people are for the most part very kind and caring.
Your manners and personality will significantly determine how you will be viewed by Koreans.
Sincerely,
Park English Team
