I understand that one of the basic requirement to qualify must be a native English Speaker. In my case, I come from the Philippines and we may not be native English Speakers but we use English language from our pre-elementary schooling up to post graduate and modesty aside we are one the fluent English speakers in Asia. Can that qualify me for any teaching vacancy?
