Dear Coleton,
Here are your options.
1. You can notarize your diploma from the Korean Consulate in your jurisdiction and send the notarized copy to South Korea.
2. You can send your original diploma to Korea. Factors to consider...
a. You can save yourself time and money as you do not need to pay to get the notarization.
b. Sending your diploma by FEDEX or DHL (only) will allow you to track the documents during the 3 days it takes to arrive to our office in Korea.
c. It will be hand carried to our office, until a representative signs off, and you will see the confirmation of arrival online.
d. You can always get a replacement diploma if you misplace your diploma from your university.
e. We have never had an incident where one's diploma was misplaced
f. Your diploma will be returned to you after your visa is processed.
g. Your diploma has absolutely no value to anyone but yourself
The option is yours, and it makes no difference to us. We simply ask that you make sure that all your required documents are ready in time to process your visa for the expected date of arrival arranged by you and your employer to secure your position.
