In your situation, there will be two choices.
1. You can both come together by January with a position locked down for you. Your husband can only start working once visa is processed, which can only begin after receiving his diploma as well as the other required documents. The benefits such as housing, airfare and medical would only apply to you. We can try to find a position with a more spacious apartment to accommodate you and your husband. Your husband must find a way to have his diploma and official transcripts mailed to Korea (perhaps a family member)
2. You can both wait until your husband receives his diploma and have you both come at a later time together. If this is the case, please inform us of your new availability to update your jobseeker profile.
There is no way around this. In the past, a letter of confirmation of one¡¯s completion of a Bachelor¡¯s degree worked, but Immigration has changed their regulations and only the actual diploma/notarized copy of diploma will suffice.
Please let me know which choice you would prefer.
