So, I am a US citizen currently in Korea and finishing up a contract Feb 2011, right? Can I have my degree notarized at KCUE? Also, how can I order a CBC from Korea? I will be applying for jobs starting Mar 2011? Do I have to go through the FBI? or can I order the CBC through the state of California? If I order it through the state of California, do I need fingerprints taken here in Korea? Please help.
