My partner and I are interested in applying for a couples position in South Korea (preferably Chuncheon), but only want to be moving over in Jan/Feb 2011. When should we start registering with Park English?

Also, is there a limit on the age of a criminal background check? We would like to start sorting that out as soon as possible.
