I was wondering if its possible for someone with a Dual Citizenship (U.S. and Philippines) to qualify for the E2 visa. I'm a naturalized US citizen and have been living in the US for more than 10 years. Soon I'll be finishing up my Bachelors in English with Emphasis on Linguistics. Also Am I considered as Native English Speaker or Non-Native English Speaker?
