Almost all the contracts we have are one year. However, once in a while, we do have schools offering two year contracts. With two year contracts the salary is typically good; not more than one year contracts, but typically on the higher end of one year contract salaries. With getting TEFL/TESL certification while teaching, it can help raise your salary - especially if you renew at your school (depends on the specific school). Hope this helps.
