  do you have longer contracts?
I am interested in a longer contract, maybe 28 months if you have it. Would that lead to any higher of a pay rate, especially if I get my TEFL/TESOL certification? Also, if you get your TESOL/TEFL certification online while you're there, does that increase your pay rate at all, or will it stay what it was upon being hired?
