I too have had the same issue. I sent in my application online along with my fiance. I think I received an automated reply that I needed to send in my photo and resume along with some questionnaires. Within a few days I replied with all my paperwork completed. I too sent several follow up e-mails and have yet to receive any reply. My fiance never even received an e-mail after his online application. I hope they are just on break and come back soon as we are really looking forward to this experience!
