If you are waiting to receive your diploma but have already graduated, you can get a verification letter from your university (on official school letterhead) stating you have indeed graduated and are just waiting to receive your diploma. Then, if you are from the US, AUS, NZ, SA or the UK you need to get the verification letter apostilled: http://www.apostilleinfo.com. If you are from Canada, you need to get it notarized by your local Korean Consulate or Embassy: http://www.parkenglish.com/redirect/Information/Information-V-34-koreanconsulates.php. Also, make sure your official sealed transcripts reflect that you have indeed graduated (completed all coursework). Hope this helps.
