8. Official transcript from University (stamped and sealed from University)
9. Medical form ( Download Here )
10. Criminal background check with "Apostille" ( it must be "State" level background check)

**If you're planning to do this program, please start the proces of getting your criminal background
check NOW. It takes anywhere from 2- 4 weeks or more depending on the country you are from. If
you're no in the US, please check the sub menu according to your country to find out to get your version
of criminal background checks (This is for people coming 2 months or later.)
** If you're planning to come within few weeks after the initial call, we can process the CBC on your behalf which we'll cover the fees for the CBC and the Apostille. You'll send us the items 1 - 9 on the list to South Korea. Then you'll do a Visa run (getting your visa at Japan, paid by the school) so you can start right away.
Step 1.
You submit your resume and photo to our company. Photo is a requirement when applying for employment in Asia and from my reseach Europe also. If you do NOT submit your photo and resume, we cannot start the visa process or in finding a position for you.
Step 2.
After we receive your resume and photo, we submit your information to all the schools in our database. After a day to a week. we should receive replies if they're interested or not..
Step 3.
After we secured a position for you. You must submit the following Items as I mentioned above.

Step 4.
After we get your package with all of your documents, we sent it off to the school you'll be working at. Soon after the school get the package, they'll send it off to immigration to apply for the E2 visa.
Step 5.
After the immigration is finished with the process, the school will receive a letter of approval for you to get an E2 visa. This process takes about a week.
Step 6.
The school send the E2 visa approval letter or E2 visa authorization number to you as soon as they get it from the immigration.
Step 7.
After you receive the document, you'll need to call Korean Embassy or consulate to make an appointment for an interview. You must go there in person for the interview. Interview should last about 5 minutes. After that you'll be issued your working visa. Depending on your location it'll take couple days to get your visa after the interview. Please check with your nearest Embassy or consulate to you.
Step 8.
We'll book a flight to South Korea. We'll send you the flight plane to your email. You then take the print out to the airport as your E-ticket. Then you're on your way to South Korea.
