You'll need to get an apostille after you get your criminal background check aka CBC. There are two ways going about obtaining an apostille for your CBC and/or Diploma. You can go find a local lawyer and get one from them or you can contact your Secretary of State Department and get one from there. The cheapest route is through the State Department.

It takes anywhere from 2 days to a week to receive your apostille for your CBC. Please look at "What is apostille" section to see how an apostille looks like.
