Visa Application Form Instructions

The following document is a standard application form for all types of visas in South Korea.

Therefore you would need to fill out a separate sheet of paper with your visa number, employer’s address, employer’s phone number

and stating your need to apply for E-2 working visa and submit it together with a standard visa application form.

For example:

1. Please include your employer’s school address from your employment contract for the following fields:

a. #17 Number and Address of Current Employer

b. #23 Address in Korea

2. Please remember to ask when you should expect to have your visa stamped passport returned to you.
